4 Benefits of Having a Data Tech Professional

Every business handles its data analytics and reporting differently, but there’s one point that’s true across all industries: The way you address and utilize technology will significantly impact your bottom line.

That’s why it’s crucial to have a data analytics partner on hand for your company — so you don’t need to have your IT department or another head wasting resources on data. Tech professionals aren't just IT and IT is more than what it appears or what internal departments cover. Having a data tech professional makes a key difference in business operations, strategy, and quality.

Here are some of the benefits of using tech professionals to handle all of your Business Intelligence and Data Analytics needs for you:

1. Focus on what you do best

Hiring a full-time, Business Intelligence or Data Analytics professional takes up significant amounts of time, money and productivity — which your business may not have. Instead, hiring an outside professional to work on your BI and data issues for you frees your time up so you can focus on the aspects of your business that you know best. This specialization will show in the quality of your product or service and in the overall volume of output that you are able to produce.

2. Get the experience you need

It’s the economies of scale principle — when something is done in a large volume, it’s done more efficiently, with lower costs and higher quality. That’s how it works with data management professionals, who are specialized and experienced in helping you with the most up-to-date technologies because that’s their dedicated job. You can always be sure you are receiving the best possible service and advice.

3. Reduce waste and costs

When you hire an outside company to take care of business intelligence and data analytics, you can cut costs for your company by getting more efficient service — so even though you have to pay that company, you get more bang for your buck than if you hired someone full-time. You can then keep your team members working productively and not waste time worrying about data issues and reporting problems.

4. Improve your business

The quality of your data and information affects the quality of your business. With experts handling your business intelligence and data analytics, you can be sure that your output will be the best that it can be. Vizion’s Solutions helps grow the top line, improve profitability, increase productivity, and manage risk. All of those come naturally when your technology is automated and handled by a professional, but with Vizion, they’re a guarantee.

Oh, What ANight!!! On April 11, Vizion360 was named Tech Company of the Year at the 2019 OHtec Awards. It was an exciting evening as a crowd of a couple hundred Northeast Ohioans gathered inside Signature Flights hangar at Burke Lakefront Airport and watched as awards were handed out. Surrounded by tremendous talent, amazing organizations and industry peers, Vizions team in attendance was humbled and honored to be called up on stage as the recipient of the 2019 Tech Company of the Year Award. Accepting the award for Vizion was our CEO Joe Vocaire, in which he gave heartfelt speech and thanks to the community, the entire Vizion team and most importantly, the clients weve had the distinct pleasure of partnering with over the last 17 years. The Best of Tech Awards is a staple and closing ceremony (so to speak) of OHTecs Tech Week - an annual weeklong initiative to support, celebrate and engage the local tech community through a series of events. This year, the annual event honoring the

A Message to Our Partners: Clients, Employees, Vendors, and Colleagues Vizion Solutions has been in business for 17 years. We are truly proud of the company that weve become and the amazing culture that weve created. Since 2002, we have worked hard to transform from 2 employees in a garage to a thriving, talented team of over forty that was just named the 2019 Tech Company of the Year by OHTec. Weve come a long way and its been one heck of ride. As an implementor of EOS, Vizion Solutions leadership began to reflect on who we really are as an organization, addressing tough questions about where we were and where we wanted to go as an organization. What did we want to be? How can we achieve our 3-year and 10-year goals? This culminated in many offsite retreats and strategy sessions where our leadership team committed to defining who we are, why we do what we do and what were the uncompromising core values by which we operate. To no surprise this process of self-discovery and exploration
