Bottleneck - A point of congestion in a system that occurs when workloads arrive at a given point more quickly than that point can handle them. The biggest bottlenecks in the report production process are caused by human intervention. Youre talking about dealing with enormous amounts of data that needs to be brought in from multiple source systems. With that much data, theres too much room for error and overstepping when its handled manually. The data has to be cleansed and lined up properly and there are usually complex business rules and filters that need to be applied. Its too much to ask a human to keep up with the work a computer should be doing. Consider what you are giving up if you continue to put people in the middle of a report development process that should be automated: Speed your reports wont always be ready when you NEED them Hours If you were to audit how many hours your staff spends building recurring reports, the cost maysurprise you. Cleveland - April 30, 2014 Vizion Solutions won the Best New Internship Award at the Expys, an annual celebration of Northeast Ohio internships presented by Northeast Ohio Council on Higher Education and CBC Magazine, on March 27, 2014. These opportunities include building skills in a variety of areas including application development, business intelligence solutions, database management, networking infrastructure, time management and technical documentation while working in a professional, real world work environment. It was their collective goal to create a professional and fun internship experience with the hopes of building a talent pipeline for
