Company Background Industry: Service The Lakehouse Inn Winery is a boutique resort in Northeast Ohio located along the southern shore of Lake Erie in Geneva-on-the-Lake. The property consists of an eight-room bed and breakfast, four cottages, a full production winery, the Crosswinds Grille restaurant and a Spa. Business Issue The Lakehouse Inn Winery was experiencing year over year growth. To continue and sustain this growth, the owner needed better and faster access to data and much better reporting. Their current system, did a good job of running the operations/property, but was not capable of producing the desired information and reports quickly and accurately. Furthermore, there was no easy way to connect all the multiple data sources and departmental information other than traditional cut-n-paste methods.
